    • Gave Drug Awareness Talk to Summit High School and Middle School (2014 and 2016)
    • Provided mental health support to faculty after an incident at the school (2022) and have been brought in numerous times to support students after tragedy
    • Guest Speaker (2019, 2021, 2022, 2023) at Peak School for multiple topics including self-care, avoiding burnout, self-awareness
    • 2017 Peak School Graduation Speaker (selected by the students, Peak’s first graduation class)

      • Panel Discussion Moderator for Mental Wellness (Featuring Nick Goepper, Olympic Medalist) and gave a talk about Bipolar Awareness
      • Hosted a men’s group about feelings and healthy emotional processing
      • Led Injury Support Group for community members
      • Created a series of videos during the pandemic for people to navigate crisis
      • Food and Feelings (AKA Cooking up Hope in the Kitchen-8 free classes for community members)
        • Class made it onto a show that was chronicling effective mental health initiatives with Tamlin Hall (Hope Givers password: hopegivers video clip is at 7:45 minute)

      • Provided multiple trainings to staff who are serving people with disabilities teaching them to ski and engage in other forms of adventuring.

    • Offered a free Yin Yoga and Mental Wellness immersive class with Sam Stuber (former student of mine at CMC) offered three times
    • Guest Speaker on Ultra Runner Podcast (2015 and 2017)
    • Host for International Snow Sculptures in Breckenridge (Team Vermont in 2020, 2022, 2023, and Team South Korea in 2024)
    • Created the Isak Heartstone Kindness Award given to Breckenridge Locals who demonstrate exemplary kindness. This came after a small town drama involving the location of a giant wooden troll. Long story, but I got to help the artist’s team rebuild Isak
    • Put on numerous fun runs, the Breckenridge Marathon (2014-2016), additional races and a holiday race series that started and ended at CMC
    • Volunteered as a photographer for multiple events including (the Breck Crest, Breckenridge Trail Running Series, and more)
    • Volunteer for several activities at my child’s daycare and photograph the 4th of July Parade, Halloween Parade, and more
